The bed and pillows were really comfortable, and the room even had an Alice speaker, which was a nice extra. The hotel is stylish, with attention paid to the details. For a hotel this size, though, the breakfast choices felt limited.

That was really cool. We hadn't expected it to be so good.

The food was good and the staff were polite, so I have no complaints about either of those. But when we celebrated our wedding here, there wasn't a manager in the room. We ended up having to chase the waiters ourselves and spent the whole time by the kitchen while people served themselves. We weren't paying for the waiters to just stand around. Kirill worked out one amount for us, but the final figure was different because they added a charge for each waiter, which we'd never agreed to. We didn't notice straight away; we came back the next day to try to sort it out. The manager smiled and made promises, but none of it was true. If anyone asks me about this restaurant, I'll advise them not to hold a celebration here. They need to learn to value their customers.

Oh, the live music makes it a nice place to sit and relax. The food is tasty, but some of the meat wasn't very juicy and the edges were charred like coals. Unlike other places, they didn't apologize or offer compensation. The food could have been better.
