The staff were friendly and polite, always willing to help, and the place was both cozy and clean. Our room was quiet and soundproofed, and the location was handy for everything while still being peaceful. We came away with only good impressions and will definitely come back.

We stayed at Troy with our two grandchildren, and the room smelled like sewage. The windows were wide open when we arrived, which seemed odd in the freezing January weather. We figured they were trying to air it out, then realized the smell was the reason. We hoped it would clear by morning, but it didn't, and we didn't even check the rest of the place. We hadn't wanted to go to Kostanay.
