They call it a five-star hotel, but it felt more like a budget place. There wasn't any drinking water or hot water, and the boss was in a very bad mood. He also wouldn't acknowledge that he'd confirmed it with the reception staff.

We really liked the hotel, even with the cigarette smell in our room. The rooms are spacious, lovely, and clean, with the expected towels, robes, and toiletries. Breakfast had lots of choices and was excellent, and the staff were great. The smell is probably more a question for the guests: there are rooms with balconies and a terrace, but people still smoke in the bathroom 🤦♀️. That was a small downside.

The breakfasts are fantastic, and the staff are excellent. For me, this is easily the best hotel in Saryagash. You could stay somewhere else and pay a certain amount just to have breakfast, but I'd rather stay here.

Ruzala and the whole staff were quick to answer our questions and sort things out, thank you. We had a large balcony overlooking the Tashkent TV tower, and breakfast was included. It was varied and tasty, with fruit, samsa, pizza, and even khachapuri. I'd recommend booking a room with a balcony and breakfast included.
