There's no breakfast, though there's a small supermarket across the street, and reception will lend you a kettle. Getting around is awkward since there's no public transport nearby, and the neighborhood isn't great or well supplied with restaurants. For a cheap place to sleep, it's reasonable, but for more to do, I'd stay somewhere more central. The hotel itself is simple and the rooms reasonably clean, with an average bed and wallpaper coming loose at the corners. The shower works well, but warm water takes a while. Staff use Google Translate and Russian, and seem to work 24-hour shifts starting at 10am, so they're often tired when you speak with them.

For 700T, breakfast was two eggs, sausage, and toast. The standard air-conditioned room cost 6000T. It was clean and comfortable, with secure motorcycle parking. A supermarket and cafe are about a 10-minute walk away.

The facilities are basic, but that's enough for a small hotel like this. Communication with the staff can be difficult since they don't speak English, so it's best to come with a few phrases ready.

We came from Pavlodar with our elderly parents, and the staff found them a quiet room. The place was very clean, warm, and peaceful. Staff were polite, considered all our requests, and offered advice and help. Thank you very much 🌸

We got a discount since we only needed an overnight stay, and there was an extra bed. Booking was free with no prepayment. Parking in the courtyard was allowed, but only afterward did they tell us it cost 1,650 tenge. Breakfast wasn't included; they said that was because we checked in late, although we'd made the reservation that morning.
