Just stayed one night. The receptionist was really kind, and our room was clean, so we were happy with it.

The internet was fast, and our room was spotless with air-conditioning and a YouTube TV. There’s a kitchen guests can use too. Nice, clean hostel. I’d recommend it :)

Really poor service. Somehow the guests are the ones who have to pay for their mistakes.

Good hostel for the price. One of the best options at a reasonable rate.

The location is handy and central, and it’s open around the clock. At 2,500 tenge a night, it’s dirt cheap. Those are the main advantages. I woke up aching because the bed was hard and the mattress so thin. The nightstand was crooked, out of place, and wouldn’t lock. The shower was mostly cold, sometimes lukewarm, and there was no real way to adjust the temperature, so I had to put up with the cold water. I did spot a cockroach in the toilet once, but didn’t see another, so I didn’t consider it a big deal.
