The restaurant deserves a lot of praise, everything I tried was delicious and high quality. I also liked the cared-for grounds, a rare place in the city center where you can take a walk without leaving the hotel. The hotel itself is quiet, with reliable security, and it's a great choice if you value peace and safety in the city center.

There were no towels in the room, and they didn't bring any until 22:30. At 8:00 AM, breakfast items weren't available. When we asked, the staff just said, “What can we do for you?”

The room was a good size, had a fridge, and the staff were excellent. The location was nice too. But I found red, brown, and gray stains on the bedsheets on multiple occasions, the walls let in a lot of sound, and breakfast choices were limited. The biggest problem was the internet: slow, awful, unreliable, and simply unacceptable hotel Wi-Fi.

I stayed in the Chagala Apartment for 10 months. By the end, I could say the service had been perfect, and the hotel was making real progress, including with a new building. A big thank-you to the management and everyone who made life feel simple and normal, like being at home, during that year.

A very comfortable place to spend time while you're in Uralsk. The cozy interior and atmosphere make the stay feel warm and lovely. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the food is delicious. Definitely a place to stay.
