I go to this spa for its programs, which are all superb. The massages especially are pure bliss. I’d recommend a visit to anyone.

The staff are attentive and caring, and the hammam is excellent. I love coming here for the great spa. After a treatment, you can sit down to a delicious dinner in the restaurant.

After the treatments, there’s a final stop in a relaxing room for tea, sweets and fruit. The spa has several programs, and they’re best experienced for yourself: steam, salts and oils, massage, a shower and quiet music left me feeling peaceful and rested. We visited on a Saturday and had time to enjoy the comfortable, caring atmosphere. ZEST is a recently opened spa and hotel in a quiet area among private homes, in a large light-colored building at the start of the block. It was easy enough to find. The entrance had seasonal decorations, Halloween when we went, with pumpkins, autumn leaf garlands and warm blankets on the rattan chairs. A smiling administrator welcomed us and introduced us to the master, who looked after us throughout our stay. There are two spa sections, one for three people and one for four. Each has changing and relaxation rooms, a steam room, hammam, Finnish steam room, shower and toilet, all softly lit. The setting makes you want to change and unwind in the hammam. The hotel rooms are good too, and guests can stay there if they want extra rest or are visiting the city.

The spa needs to be booked ahead, but the service quality is excellent. I was passing through Uralsk and chose this hotel because it’s near the airport and easy to reach from the city center. My room was clean with new furniture. I would have liked a kettle and mug in the room, though tea was always available in the restaurant, where breakfast was delicious. Special thanks to manager Anna for being professional and responsive. I’ll definitely stay here again.
