The house was spotless and in a perfect location, even nicer than it looked in the photos. Our family had a great stay at Peninsula House. We loved sitting on the balcony overlooking the garden, and the bathroom was spacious and clean. The kitchen was well equipped too. It's easy to walk to the old town, night markets, restaurants, and cafés from here. Souliya and his team were quick to respond and very helpful. Highly recommend.

I stayed in the Patio Room and found it really comfortable and well equipped. The hosts were very helpful. I loved my time at the Peninsula House, in one of the most beautiful parts of Luang Prabang and perfectly located. Thank you, and I hope I get the chance to come back!

I stayed for a week and am already looking forward to coming back. Souliya and his team are wonderful hosts. From the Verandah Suite, which takes up the top floor of a beautifully restored historic building, you're ideally placed to enjoy the old town. Monks pass below the verandah each morning on their alms procession. There are fantastic cafés and restaurants within five minutes, and the streets are lovely to walk through during the quieter mornings and evenings, after the tour groups have moved on. It's an ideal base for visiting Luang Prabang.

Across 25 years of travelling to Luang Prabang, these are the nicest rental properties I've found at this price. Souliya's places are well located and beautifully refurbished. He and his staff are super friendly, very helpful, and incredibly quick to take care of whatever needs doing.

The house is comfortable and peaceful, with a lovely garden to look at from our large verandah. The team are friendly, effective, and always ready to help. The Peninsula House is in a fantastic old town spot, just steps from Wat Xieng Thong and close to plenty of good cafés and restaurants. A perfect place to stay in Luang Prabang.
