We were just passing through and found it a good place for an overnight stop. Our room was at the back, so we barely heard the traffic from the busy road. I'd ask for a rear room. The rooms are large and seem to have been renovated. I'd read comments about the bathrooms being small, but mine was fine, and the shower had much stronger pressure than the ones I'd used over the previous 10 days in Laos.
They let me keep my bicycle in the lobby, which was handy. My room had a lovely little balcony, plenty of hot water, and a good shower head. The rooms are fine, though dust had clogged the A/C filter in mine, so I took the filters out. Rooms facing the road can be really noisy. When a truck revs its engine, it feels like the whole hotel shakes, but I still slept okay.
We drove all this way and found nothing at the location. There are some guesthouses a few kilometers south of here.
The rate is 220,000 kip, and there's loud music nearby at night. It gets annoying, so this isn't a place to stay if you want peace and quiet.
Google Maps labels it a 2-star review, so I gave it two stars.
