The reception team were so welcoming and helpful, and the manager even helped me find fuel for my motorbike. I really appreciated that. My room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed, and the hot shower was a welcome extra after a long day on the road. I had a great stay at Sipanya Guest House.

The staff were kind and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Sipanya Guesthouse also made a great base for visiting the Plain of Jars sites and the Phonsavan area. Hope you find homes for all the puppies born last night :)

They were waiting at the bus terminal for me, even though my bus was hours late. The next day they took me on a really informative tour of the Plain of Jars sites. It’s a great hotel in a central spot, and I highly recommend staying there. The Plain of Jars is a must do!

The tours Abe arranged were fantastic, with his uncle La also an incredible guide. We saw several Plain of Jars sites, Spoon Village, the Stone Quarry, the Old Provincial Capital, and secret tunnels villagers used during the Second Indochina War (the American War in Vietnam). Everything was informative and well organized, and we felt safe throughout. The guesthouse itself is run smoothly, and the rooms are big and clean. Abe and his staff really looked after us and our kids, including picking us up at the bus station. It’s a warm, family-run place, and we felt like family from the moment we arrived. We had an unforgettable stay at Sipanya Guesthouse in Phonsavan and highly recommend it.

The room and house were clean and tidy, with solid, fairly new furnishings, and we felt comfortable there. We stayed four nights. The guesthouse is on a quiet side street in Phonsavan. Abay speaks English very well and was keen to help us find the best option. He runs around 13 different tours and kept us posted on group size, lowering the price as more people joined.
