I remember the staff being nice when I stayed here a few years ago, but the hotel really needed a full renovation. Even the water was salty.

Room 107 had a bathroom door that wouldn't lock, and the kettle we asked for never showed up. We were also told off because the kids were making too much noise in the lobby, even though nobody else was there and you couldn't hear them from the rooms. Still, it was clean and well maintained, near the sea, and quiet. Prices were reasonable too. All right overall.

Bella Riva was a great choice for a weekend with friends from Dubai. The staff and management were consistently friendly and helpful, and the location was close to tourist spots and party districts, with easy airport access. There aren't spa facilities, but staff recommended places within walking distance that were more affordable than hotel options. I'd stay again and recommend it.

The room was clean and spacious, and the staff were very friendly. We could use the lobby's free Wi-Fi and charge my laptop while working until it was time to leave. I recommend it!

The only trouble was nighttime street noise coming through the single-glazed windows. Otherwise, the hotel is in a great spot, just three minutes from the beach and five from Al-hamra. Nice staff, good breakfast, and clean rooms.
