The team is probably the hotel's best feature. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and quick to respond whenever I needed something. Many rooms have balconies, and the beds are really comfortable. The hotel is modern, with nice rooms and good service, and its location makes it easy to walk to lots of attractions.

We thought the family suite was great value for our family of five. It had two rooms, a small kitchen, two balconies and two TVs, with one king bed and three single beds. The room was very clean, and the staff were lovely and friendly. Downtown and Zaytona bay were an easy walk away. I'd definitely recommend it.

After a recent stay, I came away feeling that things had changed. I used to praise this hotel in two earlier reviews and considered it among Beirut's best for its cleanliness, location, and especially its outstanding team. Changes in management can quickly show, and I wish this one had been for the better. The rules themselves are good, and we respect them. Still, a little flexibility on small matters can make a real difference to guests, and I hope management reconsiders this. If things carry on as they are, I expect the reviews to decline over time. Thank you.

Malek and Nader made my stay especially enjoyable. Malek was warm and welcoming, always smiling and ready to help, and Nader was just as kind and attentive. I really appreciated how much care they both put into making me feel comfortable. Beverly Hotel is also brilliantly located, close to the beach, downtown, and other main spots around the city.

The room was clean and super comfortable, and the location was perfect, close to Zaitunay Bay. Everyone on the staff was smiling and ready to help with anything. I highly recommend staying here.
