We were overcharged by around $1100, and when we tried to sort it out, staff shouted at us. They were disrespectful and unprofessional instead of calmly addressing the issue. I also contacted them about something I’d lost and was told clearly that nothing had been found, but when I went in person, we found it right away. That misinformation and the poor communication show little responsibility toward guests. Between that, the money issue, and the way we were treated, it was deeply disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

The rooms were clean and modern, and the staff were all great. After arriving late at the airport with my eight-year-old son, two sweet young men were ready to pick us up. One was named Ali, and both made the drive to the hotel comfortable and easy. At reception, Jina was so sweet and helpful. Moufid took care of my bags and helped me order taxis throughout my stay. I had a fantastic experience and truly recommend this hotel.

The location was convenient, and the hotel was clean and well looked after. The staff were helpful and friendly. I enjoyed my stay at Lancaster Rochette and would consider coming back.

Breakfast took an hour to arrive, and when it finally did, they told us some of the things we’d ordered were unavailable. Earlier, we’d arrived at the stated check-in time but waited two hours in the lobby for the room. Once we got in, there was no soap. We called the front desk seven times and never got any. At 8am one morning, construction drilling at the hotel was so loud we couldn’t sleep. Management did nothing to improve things. I thought Lancaster was a luxury brand, but I was wrong. Never again.

The room was generally clean and fine, and service was quick. The phone didn’t work at first, but they fixed it promptly. Breakfast was disappointing, though. The cheese and vegetables looked old and dry, and the breakfast area felt unhygienic, with lots of mosquitoes hovering around the plates. It was quite off-putting.
