The room itself was spacious, new, and clean, and Saifi village is walkable from the hotel. But the road is small, with no view except surrounding buildings. We booked the Valentine's package with dinner and an executive room expecting a five-star experience, and it turned out very differently. Dinner was at the pool restaurant, with a plastic table mat, a strange setup, and low-quality food. It wasn't what they had claimed, and certainly wasn't worth the $180 dinner price.

I liked the contemporary, calming minimalist decor at O Monot. The rooms are modern and clean, the beds are comfortable, and many have a small balcony and city views. They work well for leisure or business stays. The staff are warm, friendly, and very helpful. From check-in to concierge, they go out of their way with requests and recommendations, which really lifts the experience.

We asked for a late checkout and the staff were accommodating and quick to help, which we appreciated. Everyone was kind and responsive to our requests. The location is excellent too, with everything nearby and convenient. I absolutely loved my stay.

Management aren't honest about the non-refundable policy. They tell you about it after you've paid, then deny a refund and offer credit for the amount owed instead. I wouldn't recommend this group or any of its locations. Stay away.

Everyone was friendly and nice, from the reception and security guard to the rest of the hotel staff. The hospitality was exactly what I expected, just perfect. It's also well located, within walking distance of Saifi village and downtown Beirut.
