The staff were friendly and professional, always happy to help make the stay more enjoyable. I found the room clean, modern, and well cared for. THE RAY HOTEL and Studios has a calm, comfortable feel and is well located. I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting a relaxing, comfortable visit in Lebanon.

The rooms are modern and have what you need, like TVs and fire alarms. There are fire alarms throughout the hotel, which makes it feel very safe. The staff and managers are nice too. I’m currently at the ray hotel and studios because of the war in my home country, Lebanon, not for a trip. I have an issue with the food. The food is halal, but the way the meat or chicken is killed isn’t halal, and that affects a lot of people staying here, including my family and me. I say this respectfully. Thank you.

The view was really nice and made our three-night stay more pleasant. The room was clean, and the service was really good, with friendly staff. Food at the restaurant was average and could be better.
