The onion soup was so comforting, and the raclette was amazing. They also make their own local wine, which is well worth trying. Le Cedrus Hotel feels like a cozy, authentic place in the Cedars of Lebanon, with a warm team that made us feel at home as soon as we arrived. They can arrange guided hikes, snowshoeing and trips to the Cedars of God forest, with beautiful scenery and a special outdoor experience. A great place to stay when visiting the Cedars.

We've stayed here before and keep recommending it. The rooms are spacious, with a huge, comfortable bed, and everything is clean and organized. The staff are so friendly, and the location is perfect. Do make time for a special drink and cigar in the lounge.

The Cedars of God Forest is just an 11-minute walk away, and the hotel sits in the ski resort. Up in northern Lebanon, the Cedars region is at 1850 m above sea level, and Le Cedrus Hotel is a cozy, authentic base with a welcoming team that makes you feel at home. The food includes rich oriental and European dishes. I especially recommend the raclette dinner. Rooms are cozy and spacious, with complimentary Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs, safes, minibars, and tea and coffee equipment. They're fully comparable to 5-star hotels in Europe. There's a warmly decorated restaurant with a fireplace, plus a lobby lounge, meeting and event space, and a cigar and cocktail bar with a piano. Parking and bike rentals are available too. The hotel can arrange guided hikes, snowshoeing and visits to the Cedars of God Forest, with breathtaking views and a unique outdoor experience. Highly recommended in every respect.

The staff treated us so well, with attentive, friendly service that made the stay memorable. The rooms were comfortable, and the setting was peaceful. Le Cedrus Hotel exceeded our expectations, and the location was ideal. I'd highly recommend it for a lovely stay.
