We ended up having to cancel, and although the problems were entirely the hotel's fault, they returned only 40% of our deposit. I strongly advise future guests to avoid this property. Misleading advertising, poor hygiene, missing basic amenities, and unhelpful management made this one of the worst experiences we've had. We had booked for a month and paid a deposit in advance. On arrival, the rooms looked nothing like the pictures: the walls were stained, with even a dead insect left on one, and the glass was broken. The conditions were unacceptable, and I have photos to prove it. Before booking, we specifically checked that every room had air conditioning. In reality, there was just one small AC in the living room, and one bedroom had no window. When we raised the problems and suggested other rooms, management was rude and refused to cooperate.

The breakfast was delicious, and the location was perfect, close to major attractions and great restaurants. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable, and the staff did more than expected to make my visit enjoyable. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We had a great time at the hotel. Breakfast was delicious, and we also had an amazing meal at l’oven italian bistro while Daya Kay was singing. The location is perfect, close to Midan ehden. Staff were so welcoming and friendly, and the rooms were spacious, clean, calm, and comfortable. We booked a suite with a jacuzzi and a standard room for our kids. Highly recommend this hotel in Ehden!

We had to ask more than once for toiletries. At first, the shampoo and body soap were half-full and had been used by previous guests. The hotel replaced them with a low-quality two-in-one soap, then gave us the hotel's soap after we asked again. We found it had expired after using it. When we complained, the receptionist was rude and denied it until we showed the shampoo. There were no toothbrushes, toothpaste, hairdryers, or other basics. We also had to carry our luggage upstairs ourselves because nobody came when we asked for help. The floor in our room was dirty, with a can opener and grains of dirt on it. They eventually cleaned it, but I doubt it was properly sanitized, which should have been automatic during this crisis. When we complained, the receptionist accused us of making the room dirty. The bathroom itself was good, but the experience was very bad overall.

Breakfast was served to our room, and there were lots of choices. I simply loved it. Serail Hotel has a nice lobby for relaxing or meetings, plus a restaurant at the entrance. It's on Ehden main road and has several kinds of rooms: standard double or twin, a more luxurious deluxe suite, and connected rooms for families or groups. I'd recommend booking the deluxe suite for couples. The hotel is beautiful, and the hospitality was very good. Everything was so clear.
