Sea Valley Suites

The staff were kind and helpful, and they worked with Booking.com to shorten our non-refundable booking from four nights to one. We got a refund. That was appreciated, but it couldn't make up for the hotel's low standard. The room we paid extra for was supposed to have kitchen basics, including a frying pan. It had only a hot plate, with no cooking gear or coffee-making equipment. Reception brought something after we asked, though we were told those items usually aren't included, even with the added charge. Several things weren't working well: there was no internet, the fridge froze our food, and the electricity was unstable. The road noise was also bad, with little sound insulation. We booked four nights based on the listed facilities, but ended up staying one.
