The reservation staff were warm, kind, and professional, and worked hard to meet guests’ expectations. Special thanks to Garineh, Mohamed Arbaawak, and everyone on the reservations team, especially Manuella for her support. Ms. Mariam Haidar, the Sales Manager at the front desk, was very welcoming, and Mr. Christian made every interaction pleasant with his friendly manner and great communication. Anwar and Noel brought warmth and positive energy to breakfast each morning, which was excellent in both food and service. Ali Mreij, Ihab, Hassan, and hassan Bakry were helpful and attentive throughout our stay. The room was spacious, beautifully furnished, and so comfortable, with elegant design and impeccable cleanliness. The hotel felt calm and welcoming, and the staff were caring, attentive, and professional. I felt at home from the moment I arrived. The service and atmosphere made for a memorable stay, and I look forward to coming back soon.

It was our first visit to Beirut, and Ali Marji, the Head Concierge, made it memorable. He helped us figure out where to go, what to see and eat, and sorted out a few things we needed during the trip. He was always prompt, kind, and sincere. His care and warmth made us feel welcome and looked after, never as if he were just doing a job. The hotel was excellent, but Ali made the whole experience even better. He’s a real asset. Highly recommended, and thank you, Ali.

Our two dogs were traveling with us, and Ali Majri even stopped to get to know them. He was friendly and attentive whenever he saw us, checking that we were happy and enjoying ourselves. He made our stay a truly lovely experience.

Mr Rabih Nader came with me early in the morning to help find an ATM before we left, and Mr Mohamed and Mr Fadi at the front desk were especially friendly and helpful too. We stayed for two nights in a spacious room with a city view. There was a big fruit platter, plus two complimentary small Lebanese sweets and boxes of crackers. The staff were all extra friendly. I’d definitely recommend it.
