I loved the breathtaking views, whether you look toward the mountains or the sea, and the rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and spotless throughout my stay. The staff were friendly and attentive from the moment I arrived, and every detail felt thoughtfully handled. It has a real sense of luxury and comfort, and works well for relaxing or exploring the area. I'll definitely return and recommend it to anyone visiting Lebanon.

We checked in at 3 am on New Year's Eve, yet the welcome felt as warm as a normal afternoon check-in. The staff were amazing and accommodating, and they'd added a lovely romantic touch to the room. Mr Imad, the owner, came to see me in the lobby. I'll always remember his smile and genuine hospitality. We had a quick chat about the operation and how proud he is of his work and staff. Mr Imad, thanks for the coffee and for being you. Keep it up, we'll be back and bring more people with us. Simply magnificent, I'd give them 10 stars if I could.

The beds were very comfortable, and we had a lovely sea view from the balcony. Our rooms were spacious and clean, with two small bathrooms. I even saw a member of the cleaning staff scrubbing a bathroom floor by hand. The front desk team and bellmen were outstanding and helped us several times. The bathrooms lacked counter space and proper lighting for makeup, so I did my hair and makeup in the bedroom. Our TV reception wasn't great, though my friends on the fifth floor had no issue. Both our couches had stained upholstery, and the fridges didn't get cold enough.
