Mrs Hala, the manager, took care of everything and made the stay feel special. She was welcoming and helpful, and all our wishes came true. The staff were very friendly and right there when we needed them. Our room was clean and neat, with a setup that was comfortable and covered all our needs. It was a lovely, comfy stay, and I'd recommend the hotel. Thanks to everyone who paid attention to the details. We'll definitely do it again.

Faqra Hills Hotel was a great choice for exploring the mountains and enjoying the area and snow. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I picked it mainly because it's dog-friendly, and honestly, it's the only dog-friendly hotel in Faraya. The staff were accommodating, incredibly friendly, and welcoming throughout. Having my dog with me made the stay even better. I'll definitely return.
