Windjammer Landing Villa Beach Resort

Rohan made our girls’ trip for my 50th birthday in St. Lucia seamless and stress-free. He looked after everyone in our group with a calm, thoughtful approach and was always responsive. From arrival on, he took care of restaurant reservations, taxi bookings and the daily arrangements with warmth, professionalism and efficiency. His service was exceptional, and all of us appreciated it. Rohan is a real asset to Windjammer Landing hotel. Thank you for making this milestone celebration even more memorable. The resort was so well cared for: the rooms were clean, the beach was raked each morning and the staff were friendly. We had a small leak in our original room, and Renee made the move to another one quick and easy. Nate looked after us on the beach, checking on our food and drinks so we could relax. Travis made our candlelight dinner special, with a beautiful setup and attentive service. It’s a must-do for a special occasion. We got engaged here just a week ago, and the whole experience was magical. The service from everyone was next level. We also recommend the boat tours. One turned into a favorite day, lots of fun and lively, and definitely a boozy good time. The stay exceeded our expectations, and we can’t wait to visit again.

The staff were all so friendly and remembered our names, especially the entertainment crew. My daughter became very sick with food poisoning and needed urgent medical care. The resort arranged a free ambulance and covered some of the taxi cost the next morning when I went to the pharmacy for her meds. We also had ants in our ground-level room, but management moved us promptly to a much better villa with outstanding views and gave us 100 credit for the inconvenience. Alec, the hotel manager, deserves special thanks. He’s a wonderful person. I’d give the resort 10 stars. Our experience exceeded expectations, and I’ll go back to this wonderful island and resort.

We had a lot of fun with the beach water slide, trampoline and hammocks, especially the trampoline. Our room was beautiful and spacious, with a gorgeous view, and the pool was nice too. I also liked that it wasn’t too crowded when we went in June. The drinks were great and not watered down like at other resorts. The food was good enough, though not amazing. There were lots of free water sports, but some, like the banana boat, only go out on a set day and schedule, which was a bit annoying. We did take a small catamaran boat with one of the employees of the bay. It was big enough for 4 people and very nice. I loved this resort and would definitely come back.
