It’s very convenient, within walking distance of Baywalk Mall and the Marina. The rooms could use a makeover, but everything else was good. There’s a lovely pool and hot tub on the property, plus a bar, and breakfast is available to buy.

The only real plus is the location, close to shopping malls and the Rodney Bay strip. The place is outdated, some windows are broken, and water is always going out. A friend staying there had a power outage in her room after the electrical circuit blew. Cleanliness is very poor. I wouldn’t recommend it.

The room was spacious, with a cosy layout, and housekeeping was wonderful. I liked how naturally growing trees were incorporated into the architecture. Employees were pleasant and service was good, with no complaints. The shopping area and beach access are within walking distance. The internet kept dropping at certain times, which was a nuisance, but otherwise I would’ve stayed longer if I could.

We paid for a room we never got. I told host Tori Edward about the problem, but nothing was resolved, and we were moved twice into different rooms that were disgraceful. We had several issues during our stay. The place has potential, but needs a major upgrade and better management. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone or tell them to waste their money.
