JJ's Paradise Hotel

We felt looked after and welcome the whole time, and I loved how attentive they were to families and kids. Our family of 9 had six wonderful nights at JJ's resort, and we’d go back in a heartbeat. I’d recommend it to anyone. The staff were so helpful and accommodating throughout. The restaurant team treated our large group with extra care and respect despite our size and food orders. Our rooms were always clean, and whenever we needed something, they brought it and more. They also offered help and suggestions for things to do. It was easy to catch a boat across the bay to the beach, and we loved the driver. The location felt safe and nice, with plenty to do on the property.

The food, drinks and view were great. The staff barely interacted with us and seemed frustrated and overworked, in my opinion. They could use some customer service training.

I went for lunch and everything was tasty, with great customer service and reasonable prices. They had a special on crayfish in Creole sauce, and I’d highly recommend the Saint Lucian fishcakes.

I felt at home and welcome here, thanks to the staff, and the owner was especially warm. It’s clean and relaxing, with good food, a family-friendly atmosphere, a great location and wonderful service. I enjoyed my time and would definitely return if I visit St. Lucia again. It felt safe for solo travelers and families alike. Five stars in my book.
