I was happy here and plan to come back for a third visit. This was my second girls trip, and the place is affordable and well situated on a quiet dead end street, minutes from the beach and Gros Islet street party. The beds were comfortable and Julien was a great host. It's a friendly neighborhood, and we brought candy and toys for the kids across the street, who you'll see playing every day.

Tropical breeze is handy for both the beach and dining, about a minute from the weekly street party and ten minutes from Rodney Bay's restaurants and beaches. I really enjoyed staying here. The room was very clean, and the shared kitchen and living area had everything we needed. Julian may be the best host I've had. He's locally owned, very kind, and accommodating, and made us feel at home. I can't thank him enough. I'd recommend Tropical Breeze and will definitely return.

The shared kitchen and living room mean you'll run into other guests, which I enjoyed because I got to make contacts in countries I plan to visit. It's a quiet, welcoming neighborhood and a relaxed place to stay. It works well for couples or groups on a low budget, as long as you're comfortable sharing those spaces. The location is useful for experiencing the north's daytime and evening activities around Gros Islet, Rodney Bay, and Castries. There are local foods, bars, parties, a casino, a members' golf course, beaches, short hikes, drives, and tours to enjoy. I'd recommend renting a car and using a map app. Driving through the volcano from Gros Islet takes about 2-3 hours, with several places to stop and take in the east coast.

Julian was an amazing, super friendly host, and we felt at home during our stay. The value for the money was great, and the location was perfect. The beach was a short walk away, Friday night street BBQ was five minutes on foot, and we had the best grilled Marlin ever there. Rodney bay Marina was also a five-minute walk, and Pigeon island took 20 minutes to reach on foot.

Julian was always available for questions and happy to help. I was travelling around Saint Lucia on my own, and he was kind enough to show me around the island. The location was great, just five minutes on foot to the beach. My room at Tropical Breeze was spacious and very clean, and the kitchen was well equipped. I had an amazing stay and would definitely recommend the place. Thanks, Julian. I'll be back as soon as I can.
