Bay Gardens Beach Resort and Spa

The staff were welcoming, and there are plenty of off-site tours for anyone interested. We also appreciated having a coconut on the beach. The beach itself was excellent, with lovely views and plenty of space at any time of day. Bay Garden Resort and Spa is a fairly small place, so it was easy to find quiet time. Our room was modern and very clean. We thought the all-inclusive plan made sense because meal prices can be high if you pay as you go. There’s just one restaurant, and many meals are buffet style, which may not suit everyone, but we found the food pretty good for a buffet. It was also helpful that allergens, their absence, and food temperatures were labeled. We loved our stay and would highly recommend it.

We had a great time and hope to return. The front desk team was especially helpful whenever something came up, and problems were handled quickly. Evening wait staff were great, though the breakfast and lunch staff could have been more attentive. The resort sits right on the beach, with beautiful Caribbean views and lovely sunsets. Restaurants and shopping are within walking distance. We chose the all-inclusive plan, so we didn’t try other places nearby, though the resort does offer two nights at select local restaurants if you want to dine elsewhere.

The property is very nice, and service was very good. All the rooms are close to both the pool and beach. I’d recommend staying here. I’d booked what was meant to be a garden room, but when I checked in, construction for a new pool, restaurant, and extra rooms was underway where I expected a garden view. The view should be great once the work is finished. Management understood my concern and offered a generous discount, so I have no complaints after being compensated for the view description.

We had a quiet, clean room with a great ocean view, and the pool was just right. The beach was only steps away, and there was a different kind of entertainment each night that we enjoyed. Shops within walking distance came in handy when we needed more travel snacks and sunscreen. We came as a family of four, with children aged 9 and 3, and chose the all-inclusive package. It was well worth it and made things simpler with young kids. The food was excellent, and the staff were friendly and attentive. There’s construction at the resort, but from our room we barely noticed it. It looks like things will be even better when the work is done. We had what we needed, although a few more washcloths would have helped. The other towels were plentiful. There were a few small room details that could use improvement, but none affected our trip or would keep me from returning. I’d recommend the place to couples, families, solo travelers, or groups. Great spot!
