The Piton sunset is the reason I'd go. The view is what you're paying for, and the pool is nice. Food was average and expensive. Our Barolo had gone bad in the heat, so it was served warm, and the waitress struggled to open the bottle. We ended up with cork in our glasses.

Paradise found. The infinity pool, the service, and the whole feel of the place are sublime, with those famous St Lucia Pitons in the view. When I grow up, I want to run away and be the pool boy here.

Chris made our evening feel special from the start. He welcomed us warmly and looked after us with real kindness, attention and professionalism. That kind of care is rare, and we felt it throughout dinner. We began with cocktails in the lounge, taking in a breathtaking view of the Piton beside the cozy open fire. The drinks were perfectly made. Dinner was exquisite, and the infinity pool with the Pitons behind it was so spectacular we almost wanted to jump in. The complimentary taxi from Soufrière was a real plus. The intimate, thoughtful atmosphere and guest-focused service make this place special.

The small size of Caille Blanc made it easy to connect with staff and other guests. We left feeling we'd made lasting friendships, not just finished a holiday. Hilarious, Carter, Tamara and Ernie gave us personal, warm and attentive service that made the whole trip special. Getting taxis to and from the resort was seamless, so travel felt stress-free from arrival. We spent four nights there and loved the immaculate, spacious rooms and those breathtaking Piton views each morning. Though the menu wasn't extensive, every dish was thoughtfully prepared, varied and delicious. The intimate feel and personal attention made the stay exceed all expectations. If you're after a beautiful retreat in Saint Lucia with great service, Caille Blanc is a must. P.S. Do the rum tasting on site!
