Jade Mountain Resort

Snorkeling right off the beach was amazing, and the walk down there is beautiful. The beach staff were attentive. We were there near the end of rainy season and got a few bug bites, but they didn't affect our stay. The Sky Whirlpool Suite had incredible views and so much attention to detail. The resort's open-air setup meant birds sometimes came into our room and visited during meals. There were some droppings on the sheets, but staff changed them quickly. Light sleepers should know there are no blinds; earplugs and sleep masks are provided. We loved waking up to the sounds of wildlife. The staff were kind and attentive, and the food was delicious overall, with the banana split a highlight, though a few dishes weren't our favorites. We took a boat taxi to the resort and enjoyed the views. The road is quite bumpy and the ride slow, for about 20 minutes. The Sky Suites also mean climbing 4-5 flights of stairs to the main restaurant, so keep that in mind if mobility is a concern. An unforgettable, nature-filled stay with great food and service.

We only had one night at the end of our honeymoon, and I really wish we could've stayed longer. My wife and I were treated like royalty from the minute we arrived, with every staff member going out of their way to make it special. Our Moon Sanctuary felt like heaven. The real view is even better than the photos, and every detail in the beautiful room seemed taken care of. The food was fresh and amazing, and they restocked the room fridge daily. This left such an impression on us that we'll definitely come back for a longer stay.

Being on the hillside means a few steps down to the beach, but as guests at Jade Mountain resort we could use all the restaurants and bars. The food was fresh and really nice. Our Moon Sanctuary was the best hotel room we've ever stayed in. With one side open, it felt like we were part of the surroundings instead of shut away in a hotel. It was magical. Everyone on staff was so friendly and kind. I'd absolutely return if I could afford it again.

Our Butler, Kiren, looked after us like royalty, and every part of the resort was impeccable. The inclusive plan felt underrated to me: every meal, snack, and drink we had was delicious. The room made us feel like we'd arrived in paradise as soon as we walked in. The view was stunning, and Jade Mountain exceeded what we'd expected.
