Laborie is a comfortable, interesting part of St. Lucia, and a good place to be if you want to avoid the hustle and bustle on the island’s north side. This is definitely the best accommodation to choose while you’re there. Errol is an awesome operator who makes sure you have everything you need. Great place to stay!
The apartment looked nothing like what I thought an apartment should look like, and the road here was really bad. There’s no shop, market, or anything else close by. I booked to spend time here and it felt like a waste. The host didn’t even want to give me a refund. Please don’t book here, you’ll regret it. I asked for an extra bed because the bed was so small my son could have fallen off, and they wanted to charge a lot for it.
The apartments felt bare and poorly finished, with little character or charm and very few amenities. The building is exposed to the elements, and getting there along a rough track is difficult. It’s a long way from the village and beach, with no shops or restaurants nearby.
