The owner was the best part of our two months in the A2(Sampath) villa. He's honest, genuinely kind, helpful, and never intrusive. He sorted out every request and issue for us. The house has what you need, including air conditioning, hot water, a well-equipped kitchen, and enough space. The furniture isn't in the best shape, but everything necessary is there. There are local shops nearby with local prices. Ahangama Central Beach, which I think is Sri Lanka's best beach for swimming with children, is 1.5km away. I can definitely recommend this villa for a longer stay in Sri Lanka.

We stayed here for 1.5 months, and the owner was the most decent person. The garbage was collected every day. The house has window bars, a washing machine, and a clothesline, plus fans in every room and working air conditioners in the bedrooms. Hot water was always available thanks to the heaters. The kitchen is large and convenient, with a cooler for water that saved money and was easy to use. The pots and pans were new when we arrived, and there were plenty of glass cups. We got clean bed towels, with one large towel per person. We needed more hand towels, so we bought some ourselves.

The villa's airy terrace is full of flowers, and the family and neighbors are very nice.
