Bandara House

The hosts made me feel at home as soon as I arrived. They’re a lovely family, and their daughter is very sweet and friendly. It’s an easy few minutes to Midigama town and the beach, while the setting itself stays quiet and peaceful. The upstairs apartment is completely private, with three spacious bedrooms, clean furniture, and everything needed for a comfortable stay. There’s a green garden full of plants and visiting birds, plus adorable little rabbits you can play with. You can use the kitchen, and there’s a washing machine for washing and drying clothes, handy for a longer stay. I had a fantastic time here and would definitely come back. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Midigama area.

Staying at Bandara House felt like being at home. The place is comfortable and cozy, and the landlord’s family, who live downstairs, were always welcoming, kind, and ready to help. My time there was really warm and enjoyable, and I’m glad to have made friends for life.

I’d planned to stay until September, but things worked out differently and I had to leave sooner than expected. I’m so grateful for this home and the lovely people who made it feel special. The apartment was clean, warm, and peaceful, and the family were kind and thoughtful. They were there whenever I needed something while still giving me space. I recommend it with all my heart.

We had everything we needed as digital nomads, including room to set up a small office in the spacious living room. The kitchen was well supplied for cooking meals and having friends over for dinner. We spent an amazing two months in this beautiful house, surrounded by nature and a lovely family. We’d definitely return. 🤍
