Pradeep and Kumudu looked after our two families so well during our week at Coconut Grove over New Year. Their cooking was first rate. The traditional Sri Lankan vegetarian curries blew us away, with lots of different dishes at each meal, and breakfast was heaven: fresh fruit, smoothies, pancakes and traditional Sri Lankan options. Pradeep also arranged tuk-tuks whenever we asked. The villa is beautiful, spacious and tranquil, a calm oasis close to the beach and lively town. Its tropical grounds, pool and pool area were a hit with us and the children, and the outside dining space felt special. The beds were incredibly comfortable, bedrooms cool and quiet, and the en suite outdoor bathrooms stunning. The villa and bedrooms were meticulously cleaned every day. There were plenty of nearby beach bars, restaurants, shops, surfing and scuba diving to keep us entertained.

The garden is lovely, and there’s a pleasant spot to dine either indoors or outside. Each of the four bedrooms has its own bathroom, and the beach is only a two-minute walk away. The pool is amazing, the service is great, and the food is exceptional. Totally worth it!
