The booking site pictures showed smart rooms with mosquito nets, tea and coffee, a TV, hanging racks, and other nice touches. What we got was a cramped room with four basic beds and none of those things. There wasn’t even a single place to hang towels or belongings. It felt like we’d been misled about the accommodation standard. It seems the pictures were for the company’s villas, and we weren’t the only guests to complain. At least there was a fridge and hot water.

We stayed for 10 nights and loved it. The manager was incredibly kind and helpful when I got very sick, doing everything he could for me and thinking of my needs without charging extra. He was like an angel. Everyone at the hotel was lovely, and it felt like home. The room was big, the food was good, and the location in Arugam bay is the best. Highly recommend ❤️

A clean room with nothing to complain about, and a great place for the price if you’re looking for a room only. The beach and lots of restaurants are easy to get to. The staff were very friendly and helped us with many things. We didn’t eat here, so I can’t say much about the meals, though I guess they’re okay.

We had dinner here today and ordered the aubergine gratin. It was so good, with a fresh, crunchy salad and bread baked in house. Honestly, the food was 10/10. I can’t recommend it enough.

In a tourist area, but very quiet. The room was clean and comfortable, with hot running water, good A/C, and good wi.fi. The restaurant was good too. All the staff were kind and attentive, and they all speak English. The manager Munsih has a big heart and is very kind ❤️. He can arrange extra services, including taxi and medical center transfers. Warmly recommended!!!
