We had such a great stay that our original two day booking turned into a week. The rooms were clean and comfortable, had everything we needed, and the sea view was beautiful. My friend and I ran into visa problems, and the owner, Shifan, spent a few hours helping us get them sorted out. We were really grateful for his kindness and support. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

The food was fresh, flavorful, and delicious, with plenty of options for different tastes. We stayed at New Tri-Star Beach Hotel from April 12th to 14th, and really enjoyed it. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the hotel is right in the heart of Arugam Bay, with easy beach access and a relaxing atmosphere. Staff were especially friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. Great service, food, and location. Highly recommended.

The atmosphere was peaceful, and the rooms were comfortable. We had a relaxing two day stay at New Tri Star Beach Hotel. The staff made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived, and everyone stayed kind and helpful throughout, including at checkout. Service was excellent, and we’re very happy with our stay. I’d highly recommend it for a pleasant getaway by the beach.
