The rooms are worth the price, but the food really isn’t, especially if you’re from Colombo or used to better food. Better to get food from outside town and bring it back.

I’ve stayed here twice, and the experiences were quite different. The second room was fantastic, large, very new, and neat and tidy. On my first visit, the room was small and poorly maintained, with dust and problems with the utilities.

The hotel staff were caring toward us, especially Mr.Thanushan, who was very helpful. For a budget price I hadn’t expected much, but the room was clean and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the Lake. Great value for money, and I’d recommend it to anyone after an affordable, high-quality stay.
