The room was small but clean and comfortable. It's close to the center, yet far enough away to be quiet, and the common area is a nice spot to sit and unwind.

We couldn't find a shop nearby, which was the only downside. Mr Benjamin was lovely, very friendly, and checked us in late and out ridiculously early. The rooms were a good size, and I'd definitely recommend it.

I left checkout feeling embarrassed and uncomfortable. The owner spoke to me in a hostile, condescending way, using harsh words in front of other customers. There was no basic courtesy or sign of professional customer service. Management should look at how people are treated at checkout, since it shapes the last impression. After this, I’d hesitate to come back.

Benjamin really stood out for being helpful and courteous. The staff were responsive, and the service felt professional and organized. Quality was consistently well maintained, with care given to the details, and the place was comfortable and dependable. Visakha 6 is a good reasonably priced accommodation option in Colombo. I’d recommend it.

The owner used harsh, disparaging words and took a brusque, confrontational tone rather than speaking civilly or professionally.
