Housekeeping and management were good. The location is handy too, with Havelock City Mall, Myurapathi Kali Temple, Taste of India, Saveria Indian Restaurant, Pizza Hut and a Foot Spa nearby.

The kitchen and living room were roomy and clean, and the beds were comfortable with good linen. The apartment itself was nice and clean, though at this price it didn’t offer much beyond that. One bathroom smelled a little, while the other was new and clean. We were also disappointed that staff didn’t help with our luggage at all.

The rooftop pool gives you a lovely view across the city, and the staff, especially Mr Mohomad, Rohan, Dammika and crew, make the place feel welcoming. The rooms are clean and spacious, with modern amenities. Whenever I’m in Colombo, Sri Lanka, a few days in this city apartment have become part of the trip. Highly recommended.

The place itself was okay, but we had an unpleasant issue with security.
