Hilton Colombo Residence

The buffets at breakfast and lunch had a good range of dishes for different tastes. I stayed three nights, and the location made it easy to reach Colombo's main attractions. The room was spacious and clean, and the beds were comfortable, but the decor felt quite dated and could use modernisation. The linens had visible pilling from frequent use and washing, so please replace them.

Attentive staff, 24-hour security, and concierge support helped make the stay smooth and comfortable. In the heart of Colombo 02, the residence offers hotel-style service along with the privacy of a fully equipped apartment, with options from spacious studios to three-bedroom residences. The modern interiors, large living areas, and kitchen facilities suit families, business travellers, and longer vacations. There are panoramic views of the city skyline, Beira Lake, and the Indian Ocean. For recreation, there's a large outdoor pool, a well-equipped fitness centre, tennis courts, and a kids' play area. Dining options include FLOW restaurant and BASICO bar, serving international cuisine and casual bites throughout the day. With comfort, space, and refined urban living, Colombo Hilton Residence is one of the most reliable long-stay choices in Sri Lanka's capital. Its central location gives quick access to shopping malls, business districts, and Colombo's top attractions.

The three-bedroom flat was spotless, and the housekeeping team gave us wonderful service. The food was great too. Staff were polite and helpful, and they even let us check out two hours late without charging extra. We had a great stay at Hilton.

The three-bedroom suite had plenty of room, comfortable beds, and separate AC controls in every room. Having a washer-dryer in the unit was a welcome surprise, and the dry cleaning was reliable. Ravindra from housekeeping always greeted us warmly and asked if we needed anything. We especially appreciated how the FLOW restaurant team handled our gluten-free needs. Manager Kasun, supervisors Rukmal and Bandara, server Ashan, Captain Raj, and the rest of the team were kind and attentive. We’re grateful for their help, and would recommend FLOW to anyone with dietary restrictions. The location in Colombo 2 worked well for our family, with Cargills Food City and its pharmacy right next door. The entrance staff were helpful, and Trevin made check-in smooth and welcoming. From arrival to departure, our stay felt comfortable and easy, and we’d happily recommend Hilton Colombo Residence.
