The peaceful atmosphere and the care they put into the property stood out to me. Pearl Hotel’s room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed, and the staff were always welcoming and ready to help with a smile. It’s also close to everything while still being quiet enough for a restful stay. I had a great experience and highly recommend it for its service and comfort.

Pearl City Hotel was a really enjoyable place to stay in Colombo. It’s in a quieter part of the city, but shops, restaurants, and key landmarks are conveniently close. The hotel feels clean and modern, and the friendly staff go out of their way to make guests comfortable. My room was spacious and well kept, with the essentials, including a comfortable bed, air conditioning, and a clean bathroom. The complimentary Wi-Fi was fast and reliable throughout the property. I also found the 24-hour front desk and room service convenient. The restaurant has a good range of local and international dishes. Breakfast was a fresh, filling buffet, with attentive service. It isn’t a luxury resort, but it’s a comfortable and affordable option for business travelers, solo tourists, or couples. I’d recommend it for cleanliness, service, and value.

Friendly staff made my stay pleasant, and I really like this place. The tidiness, food, and amenities could be better. I had to call reception for towels, water, and coffee sachets, but they brought everything within a few minutes, so it wasn’t a big worry for me. It’ll definitely be my first choice next time I’m in Colombo. There’s parking, and good restaurants and grocery stores are close by.
