Review from a guest, last visit in Nov 2021. PS suites are super luxurious, with awesome views over the Colombo harbor and port city. These residential apartments are well suited to foreigners, with a great location close to everything you need. There’s 24/7 security with CCTV monitoring, dedicated resident parking, and a few shared spaces for guests.

Higher floors have stunning views of Beira lake, and the common areas are well maintained. The location is very convenient, with shopping malls, a super market, and restaurants above the parking levels. Proper surveillance is in place.

A friendly place with good service and maintenance, and good people too. The apartments feel calm and cool despite being surrounded by colombo city. The view is awesome, and the sunset in the evening is beautiful.

Monarch is a lovely, elegant apartment in one of Colombo’s most sophisticated areas, with a great view of Galle Face Beach and the upcoming Artificial Island Project of Port City Colombo. It sits above the lovely mall Crescat Boulevard, which looks heavenly during Christmas and New Year’s Eve.
