Mrs. Padmini welcomed us with tea and a slice of blackforest cake, a lovely start to our first arrival in Sri Lanka. We quickly felt at home. At breakfast each day she’d sit and chat with us for about an hour, on just about every topic, and she’s such a warm, kind person with a lot of knowledge about the world. I can see why Stefan Lose included her in his Travel Guide. Her recommendations were really helpful, and we’re grateful for them. It was a pleasure staying with you. The units are comfortable and self contained, with a shared kitchen, dining room, and living rooms. Everything was recently refurbished and has tasteful decor. The owners are attentive, caring, and responsive, and clearly take pride in the place. It’s right in the heart of Colombo, within walking distance of restaurants and a shopping mall. Strongly recommended.
