Dear Lakmi, We came to Sri Lanka mainly to celebrate our anniversary with photos at the hotel. When we asked for help, you quickly organized everything with such enthusiasm and professionalism. You even arranged a car so we could choose our outfits, and despite the complications with timing and location, you told us to enjoy the photoshoot while you took care of the rest. We were overjoyed. It felt like a dream had come true, and we can hardly express how grateful we are. You also helped make our three-day, two-night stay comfortable from the start. On arrival, we found that we had been given a family room and wanted to change. You arranged another room for us. At dinner, you remembered me among all the guests and asked if the room suited us, which made me feel at home. On our last day, you set the schedule, contacted us at the right time, and checked if we needed anything else, reminding us that we could reach you anytime. We were deeply touched by your care. Your leadership struck us as gentle yet firm, thoughtful in decisions and decisive in management. You spoke with guests clearly and professionally, but with warmth and kindness. When we faced difficulties, you stood by us and helped us through them, giving us beautiful memories. Thank you for your continued care and dedication to excellent service throughout our stay.
