The room was clean and roomy, but the practical bits were frustrating. Check-in is at the reception of the medical centre downstairs. The Wi-Fi was awful, and I barely slept because trucks kept roaring past outside at night, blasting their air horns. The kitchenette had a microwave and small fridge, but the kettle was broken.
A cheap, clean hostel with really kind and helpful staff. If the entrance below the hospital is locked, ask inside the hospital.
The shared area was nice, and the room was clean. It's also conveniently close to the bus stop and plenty of restaurants.
It covers the basics, though there's not much atmosphere. The place feels more like a private apartment where the owner hands you the keys and lets you use it. It's quite plain, with little decoration. The kitchenette is very limited: a microwave, tiny fridge, electric kettle and water dispenser, plus a few plates and glasses. Not much beyond that.
Good value, and the owner was helpful with directions around the area. The hostel was clean, which is why I rated it well. Wi-Fi didn't work, and hot water only came through now and then, though with the warm weather that wasn't a major issue.
