Felicity Inn

The family were lovely and helped with whatever they could. We paid 650Lkr per kilo for laundry, which came back clean and smelling really good. The husband arranged a few tuk tuk rides and drove us to the train station himself on our last day, which was really convenient. The view was nice and the rooms were okay. I did think the shower needed replacing, and the bedsheet and pillows were a bit grubby.

You get an amazing view of Ella Rock and Little Adams Peak. The rooms are pretty noisy, though, so louder neighbours are easy to hear.

We felt really safe and well looked after as three women travelling together. The family were welcoming and attentive, and made our time in Ella amazing. Our rooms had beautiful views and breakfast each morning was incredible. They also arranged our safari in Udawalawa and sorted out the transfers, which was such a help. The location is fantastic too, with Adam’s peak and the nine arches bridge nearby, so we hardly needed a Tuk tuk. There really wasn't anything bad we could say. One of the best places we've stayed in Sri Lanka, and we'd highly recommend it.

We stayed for 3 nights in the Green Room. It was clean, super quiet, and had a fantastic view. The staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was very good, with something different each day. You can easily walk to town and the Train Station.
