Bilin Tree House

The location made getting around easy, and it felt quite central. The gardens and outdoor areas were beautifully maintained, almost magical once the lights came on. We loved the pool, too, especially the comfortable deckchairs. Our room was large, with a huge balcony and plenty of privacy, and we even saw monkeys swinging around. Breakfast was very good and the staff were excellent. A few practical things could be improved: the water should stay consistently hot, both shower heads should work, the TV needs to work properly, and mosquito burners would be useful on the balcony. Usually I'd be more bothered by that sort of thing, but the beauty of the place makes it easy to overlook, and those fixes seem straightforward. I'd recommend staying here.

There's lots of greenery and trees around this cozy villa, which made it feel like a quiet break from the city. The fort is still only a five-minute drive away. The property is well looked after, and the service was excellent throughout our stay. It felt comfortable and peaceful for our family, including the children. A great choice for a calm stay that's still convenient.

This was our second stay here, and we were happy to return. The staff, including Madusha and Indika, were kind, helpful, and always smiling. Breakfast was very good, the rooms were spacious and clean, and everything was well maintained. The swimming pool is lovely, and the location is convenient, about a seven-minute ride from Galle's fort. A great place to stay.

We spent three nights at Bilin Tree house, one of our best experiences in Sri Lanka. The garden is full of greenery, and the place is clean and quiet. Madusha, Lahiru, and Lal were so friendly and helpful. Their kindness felt heartfelt rather than like trained service. We'll miss this place!
