I chose this place at the last minute after calling several options in Galle. It was the only one that answered in a warm, friendly way. The staff were easygoing and told me to come and pay, and that they’d be ready. I just needed to collect the key before 9 PM on arrival day and leave before 9 AM on departure day. Someone was waiting when I got there, and the room was clean, ready, and had fresh towels. Yes, they gave towels, yooo! It’s not a luxury hotel, but it was just right for a comfortable rest. My room had hot water, a fan, and a window for ventilation, with an AC room available if you want more comfort. There’s a small shared kitchen with a fridge, water heater for tea, and gas cooker for making your own meals. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. The place is 2.5 km from Galle town, at Dangedara-Seranthukade Junction. There are plenty of food options, including KFC and Cargills within walking distance, plus local eateries. Buses to Galle are a minute away, and you can also get a PickMe or even a PickMe bicycle. For a budget stay, it’s a relaxed, convenient choice. Plan your time well, Galle has plenty to offer. P.S. Allow 10 minutes for a ride to Galle and an extra 5 minutes to find a PickMe. Same when coming back. A well-planned itinerary helps you make the most of your trip!

There are two stairs, downstairs and the first stairs, and you can rent the whole first stairs for 8000 LKR. It’s enough for 8 adults, and they provide the bedsheets and pillows you need. A kitchen with a gas cooker and refrigerator is available free of charge. The guest house is 2.5 km from galle fort, and the owners don’t impose disturbances or restrictions.
