The service is excellent and the staff are great. The room was very clean and comfortable, and thank you for taking such good care of us. One of the worst hotel stays I’ve had. It wasn’t clean, the staff were rude, and it wasn’t worth the price.

For one night, this was fine for the price. We were four people sharing one room with two beds, about rs5000 without a/c. There was an attached bathroom, no TV, and A/c was optional. The room had a big mirror, and there was plenty of parking. It’s a 10 minute trip to the galle fort. They also have a beer shop inside their hotel if you want alcohol at 11pm. I think it’s good value.

There were mosquitoes and flies around because the property is above a drainage channel. The staff were very rude, and the place didn’t accept responsibility when I pointed out that the Agoda details about AC were incorrect. I’d gone there after reading a deal for AC rooms, but at check-in they raised the price and said the deal was for non AC rooms. When I challenged the listing, they simply denied it. A staff member showed me two rooms, one with a mosquito net and one without, and said they cost the same. Since I’d already travelled that far for a room, I agreed to pay extra for AC. They said they had Sri Lankan QR and acted as if matching the price of the two rooms was doing me a favor, even though I told them they should at least honor what their staff had said to the guest. Then their card machine didn’t work, and they refused to give me QR, wasting my time. When I said the Agoda details weren’t correct about the AC, they said it wasn’t their problem. I wonder who else is responsible for making sure hotel details on marketplaces are accurate.
