The calm and quiet here are what make the place so stunning. Everyone made me feel welcome, from the friendly check-in and check-out to the nice chats with the room attendants and accounts assistant. I’ll definitely be back 🙏

We had a great weekend here with family and friends. Right by kala oya, it feels properly remote, with a tropical mangrove forest to explore by motor boat or kayak. The manager and staff were friendly and helpful, and made us delicious lunch and dinner. They also arranged a wilpattu wildlife safari and gave us packed breakfast. A lovely quiet spot if you want to get away and relax.

Kayaking, boat rides, and a night gathering gave us some great memories here. The staff were humble and hospitable, and everything about the resort felt perfect. It would be awesome once the cabana construction is finished too. Highly recommend for travelers ❤️🩹

The riverside setting is scenic, and there are boat rides, kayaking, and other activities. Service was friendly, and the staff tried their best to help, but the room problems were beyond what they could handle. Faulty plumbing and broken door handles made the stay a bad experience, and the rooms need a lot of work. This place could be one of the area's best hotels with its location right next to the river. It's sad the owners don't seem to see that.

We explored the creeks and lagoon by kayak, and the surrounding water and untouched natural scenery were beautiful. We even saw elephants and caught and released some great fish. The safari entrance gate is only a few minutes' drive away. Mr Hashan and the staff were cooperative and quick to respond, and the food was delicious and made to suit our tastes. A rejuvenating stay in a beautiful spot by the river. I'll be going back for sure.
