The hotel is good. It seems to be a popular place for corporate people working in the field to stay. They make a nice fried lake fish dish.

The main drawback I noticed was the lack of convenient shops nearby. Otherwise, Rivonway Hotel Polonnaruwa had a calm, cool atmosphere and very reasonable prices. The staff and owners were exceptionally warm and helpful, making sure our needs were met with a smile. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, affordable stay in Polonnaruwa.

In the quiet countryside, the surroundings are beautiful. The rooms were clean, the air conditioning worked well, and the shower had hot water. Staff were friendly and attentive.

I loved the green views all around the hotel, and the staff gave great service. They also made delicious food whenever I asked for it. I’m very glad to recommend this wonderful place to anyone visiting the Polonnaruwa and Minneriya areas. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

The location is nice, though a bit remote, and it was really quiet. Rooms were super clean, and the people were helpful and pleasant. Dinner and breakfast were both perfect.
