Beach Grove Villas

Ashok and the team were so kind and helpful. We stayed in a really spacious two-bedroom villa, and the pool was very clean. One of the best beaches we visited in Sri Lanka was about an eight-minute walk away, and we saw huge turtles there. Nice restaurants were just a short tuk-tuk ride away, and the place was very good value.

I loved the warm, attentive staff here. They checked in often, responded quickly whenever I asked for something, and made me feel like I was visiting family. The pool was clean and warm throughout my stay, and swimming by myself at night under the stars, with fireflies around, was unforgettable. The jungle setting is beautiful too. I woke up to nature sounds and gorgeous views, and saw chipmunks, monkeys, a peacock showing its tail, and even a monitor lizard near the pool. Such a special place for anyone who enjoys being close to nature.

Our room had an amazing view, and I really enjoyed staying at Beach Grove villa. It sits in a beautiful, quiet spot among the jungle, with few people nearby. The grounds are lovely, with flowers and trees, plus a clean pool and sun loungers. We also liked the service. Asoka, the owner, was polite and helped whenever there was a problem, and the other workers were good too. Breakfast wasn't very big, but it was okay. I'd recommend staying here, and hope you'll love Sri Lanka as much as we do.

The beach is just a short walk along a quiet road, with three or four decent places to eat and drink nearby. There were lots of turtles on the local beach, too. We had a lovely room with our own private pool, though the property has two other pools as well. Breakfast was good, especially the Sri Lankan version, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. We had a great stay.
